Questions I get asked a lot

Coaching is an effective and dynamic process that helps people discover how to keep their choices and actions more in line with their unique ‘best self’. Coaching accelerates learning and growth by defining values, objectives, and goals in order to facilitate a positive change in any area of our lives.

Emotional fitness is making sure that our minds get regular exercise and training, just as our bodies do, in order to stay healthy and fit. By working on our emotional fitness, we:

  1. Become more resilient.
  2. Have the ability to maturely deal with our emotions.
  3. Develop an optimistic outlook on life.
  4. Develop inner resources that help us grow and recover from challenges and obstacles that we face in our lifetime.
  5. Feel more fulfilled and able to move forward in our lives in a healthier, more balanced way.

Being emotionally fit decreases stress and feelings of overwhelm, helps you stick with your goals and commitments, increases self-awareness, leads to better communication skills and relationships, and frees you from anxiety and worry. You will have greater emotional clarity and cultivate your mental habits by understanding the power of your thoughts and words.

Some of my core values include balance, authenticity, compassion, commitment, discipline, family, gratitude, honesty, improvement, optimism, organization, positivity, punctuality and personal growth and fulfillment. To me, fulfillment is about finding and experiencing a life purpose; it is about reaching your full potential.

My key strengths include self-management, public speaking, critical thinking, time-management, active listening, organization, optimism, motivation and resilience.

I am passionate about helping people through public speaking and coaching, where I guide them to be on the right track in their life. My other passions include Latin music and salsa dancing.

I also consider myself to be a lifelong learner. I genuinely find fulfillment in learning. I enjoy reading – yes, you can say I’m a bookworm! – listening to podcasts, watching documentaries and attending webinars.

I believe that all individuals have the ability to bring about positive change in their own lives. If you’re looking for a transformative approach to your life through deep mindset shifts and decision-making, then I can help and inspire you to achieve that goal. I work on the emotional fitness of my clients by helping them refocus their energy on personal priorities to identify the obstacles blocking them from achieving their goals.

I believe what sets me apart from my peers is that I am authentic. People who know me agree that I am genuinely open and true to myself; I never wear a mask. I am a woman of my word, and I am enthusiastic, resilient and courageous. I am mentally strong with a high level of emotional fitness, and I am driven to help people build their own ‘emotional fitness muscles’ to become stronger, see what they couldn’t see before and reach their desired outcomes.

My clients are males and females from all ages and walks of life. If you are looking to invest some time and effort in improving yourself, tackle self-destructive habits, decrease feelings of stress and overwhelm, stick to your goals and commitments, increase your self-awareness, or better your relationships and communication skills, then this is what you need. That being said, choosing and hiring a coach is a big decision. The initial Discovery Session I provide is meant for us to get to know each other, communicate expectations, and determine if coaching is the best next step for you.
